Nice to meet you
I'm Chris, I live in Downtown Phoenix with my wife: Willa, kids: Isla, Henry & Hannah, and dogs: Fred and Lula. Our house is in FQ Story and is a ranch-style home built in the 1930’s. Some of my favorite local spots are ChaCha’s Tea, First & Last, the Japanese Friendship Garden, and the Churchill. While not originally from here, I’ve called AZ my home for the last 10 years and we plan on staying here for many more to come.
Why real estate?
As a kid, I moved around a lot. My dad was in the army and we lived everywhere from Maryland to South Korea to Mississippi to Indiana. Because of this, I know how important it is to find not just a house, but a true home. My favorite moment of the process is walking in a prospective property with clients while their kids race around to call dibs on bedrooms and I get to see them envision their futures within this new place.
Why Downtown Phoenix?
Living Downtown has always been a dream of mine, but it wasn’t until I met Willa that I made the jump. She grew up in FQ Story (and her parents still live down the street from us!) and was determined to raise our family in the downtown core. Being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, or hop on the light rail to catch a play or a Suns game, is huge for us. I love that we’re raising our kids in the heart of one of the largest cities in the country.
