THINGS TO DO
Small but mighty, Alvarado packs a ton of culture into its boundaries. Both The Heard Museum and The University Club of Phoenix border Alvarado, with the Phoenix Art Museum just down the street. For dining, Mary Coyle’s Ice Cream, and Oven + Vine are directly across Central Ave, with the iconic Durant’s right up the road.
