Small historic homes alongside modernist new builds, this community is an architects dream.
Welcome to Coronado
One of the largest historic districts in Phoenix, Coronado is one of the most desirable and artistic neighborhoods around. Complete with a park, multiple schools, and restaurants throughout, residents are inclined to take a walk and get to know their neighbors—or the local peacocks that roam the streets. The annual home tour is always a hit, as is the micro-music festival, which always draws a crowd. Coronado has a huge focus on community engagement and support, leading them to create a community garden and tool shed.

THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
This mixed-use neighborhood offers residents spots to gather, as well as live. While not technically in Downtown Phoenix, Coronado feels very city-like with coffee shops, murals, and bodegas throughout. Unlike Roosevelt and the Downtown Core however, Coronado is primarily made up of single family homes, making this walkable neighborhood even more unique.
THINGS TO DO
