Lush, historic estates surrounded by Enchanted Island, Encanto Park, and endless greenery.
Welcome to Palmcroft
Considered the premier historic district in Phoenix, Palmcroft is a lush, romantic gem of a neighborhood. Originally planned to be 80 acres, the neighborhood was redesigned to allow for several acres to become public park space. This green community space within a city neighborhood was taken directly from 18th Century England city planning. Palmcroft is unlike any other neighborhood in Phoenix feeling like a flourishing garden in the city.

THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
Large lots, lush lawns, and tall palm trees make this neighborhood what it is. Palmcroft is made up of large, single family homes. Driving along the curved streets and admiring the large estates, it’s no surprise that residents adore their palm tree-lined community. Close to some of the best schools and parks Phoenix has to offer, this historic neighborhood is popular with families.
THINGS TO DO
With community spaces built in, this neighborhood has plenty of outdoor options for entertainment. Palmcroft is filled with green space, including Encanto Park, Encanto Golf Course, and Enchanted Island — a small children’s amusement park complete with mini rollercoasters, a merry-go-round, and a train. Also in the neighborhood is Metropolitan Arts Institute, an arts-based high school.
