WELCOME TO Grand
Historic, but revitalized in 2008, this neighborhood is a favorite for creatives. The Historic Grand Avenue neighborhood (sometimes also referred to as The Triangle neighborhood) is quickly becoming a hub for local businesses, new restaurants, and art galleries. Anchored by Bragg’s Pie Factory, Grand Avenue was shaped by Beatrice Moore, an artist who purchased Bragg’s in an effort to save the architecture and neighborhood. Over the last decade, Beatrice, her husband Tony, and many others have come together to revitalize and preserve the neighborhood and its buildings.
